1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website EL SALÓN and to future bookings of long-term stays.

2. Nature of the Residence
EL SALÓN is conceived as a long-term residence. Stays are intended for a minimum duration of 30 days. There is currently no maximum stay length defined.

3. Bookings
At present, bookings are not yet available. Information on booking procedures, pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be provided once the residence opens.

4. Use of the Residence
Guests are expected to use the residence respectfully and in accordance with its intended purpose as a place for living, working, and quiet creative practice.

5. Liability
EL SALÓN shall not be held liable for interruptions or limitations beyond reasonable control, including technical issues or force majeure.
